We're currently seeking to fill the following positionsCustomer Support Representative
CASP Aerospace is looking to hire a Sales & Customer Support Representative – Aerospace Industry. This permanent and full-time position is located in our main facility in Pointe-Claire, Quebec. We offer a flexible work schedule, based on a 37.5-hour, 5-day week. Additional time may be required on occasion.
For over 50 years, CASP Aerospace has been specializing in the repair, overhaul, exchange and sale of aircraft safety and life support equipment.
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Sales & Customer Support Representative with experience in the aerospace industry. The ideal candidate will manage customer inquiries, process sales orders, and provide exceptional service to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. You will report to the Sales and Business Development Manager and work closely with Production, engineering and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, contributing to our goal of being a trusted partner to our clients in aerospace.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, addressing questions regarding products, availability, pricing, lead times, and order status.
- Order Management: Process sales orders accurately, ensure customer requirements are met, and coordinate with inventory and logistics teams for timely delivery.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with outside sales reps to provide quotes, follow up on leads, and support in closing sales opportunities.
- Account Management: Build strong relationships with customers by providing proactive updates, resolving issues, and anticipating future needs.
- Purchasing support: placing orders related to sales activities. Forecasting and purchase order follow-up with Vendors.
- Technical Assistance: Liaise with the engineering and production teams to provide customers with technical support on product selection and application in aerospace systems.
- CRM Management: Maintain customer records, sales activities, and opportunities in the Company’s CRM (Salesforce).
- Market Research: Support the Sales & Business Development Manager in monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and aerospace industry developments to support sales strategies.
- Reporting: Generate sales reports, track key performance metrics, and provide insights for improving customer satisfaction and sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of customer service or inside sales experience, preferably in the aerospace or a related technical industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with aerospace parts, components, or repair processes is highly desirable. FAA, TCCA, EASA …
- Education: associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP systems Pentagon 2000 if known; intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French (90% of company business communications are with English speaking customers) with an ability to convey technical information clearly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and a focus on accuracy in order processing and data entry.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle challenging customer situations and resolve issues independently and collaboratively.
- Team Player: Willingness to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
- The job can be very demanding on some occasions due to the nature of the aerospace industry, meeting deadlines and customer’s satisfaction is a priority.
Preferred Qualifications
English and French fluency to a native level is a must.
- Knowledge of FAA regulations, TCCA and EASA and aerospace quality standards (AS9100) are a plus.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is an asset.
- Prior experience working with aerospace OEMs or aerospace industry suppliers is an advantage.

Salary commensurate with experience.
A group insurance plan is in effect and the employee is eligible after 3 months of seniority. A pension plan is also in effect and the employee is eligible after 1 year of seniority.
